We did this renovation in two steps, first the exteriors and then the interiors.

As you can see, we have only used the walls of the original property. The flooring is completely new, not only the tiles but also the base including the underfloor heating by aerothermal.

The walls have been smoothed inside and out, the electricity and plumbing are brand new, Cortizo Core Vision series windows, Italian marble floors inside the house, natural stones on the terraces, built-in showers and bathrooms, kitchen new, new lights around the house, new plants and gardening around the house, expansion of terraces and creation of a storage room.
